Arte Italica Website Return Policy
Arte Italica captures the essence of Europe in each of our unique and artistic collections. As one of the leading importers of luxury European tableware and décor, we take pride in offering the very best in quality and creative design. Each piece is handcrafted using techniques passed down through generations of skilled artisans. As with all handmade items, slight differences in color or size are to be expected. These differences highlight the one-of-a-kind nature of hand made products and do not constitute defect.
Any order placed through www.arteitalica.com can be returned to the address listed below within 45 days of receipt of the order for a refund. Purchases made through our website must be returned directly to arteitalica.com. They cannot be returned to an Arte Italica Dealer.
Your packing slip will serve as your receipt; however, a copy of the invoice was also emailed to the address given at check out.
Returns will be accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in original condition, in original packaging and boxed with sufficient packing material to prohibit breakage in transit
- Items must be insured for full value through the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS)
Arte Italica does not accept any returns on items that have been monogrammed.
Returns within 45 days:
Upon inspection and return approval, a full refund (less shipping) will be applied to your card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for refund to post to the card.
Returns after 45 days:
Any returns after 45 days from receipt of your order, will be given merchandise credit (less shipping & at the current selling price) to be used toward a future purchase on arteitalica.com.
Damages, Defects and Misships:
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to report any damage, defect or misship.

Arte Italica Shipping Information
Arte Italica offers Ground/Standard, Next Day and Second Day shipping options within the Continental U.S. through FedEx. Orders outside the Continental US, will be subject to delivery through air shipment instead of ground. A customer service representative will contact you directly with those costs prior to shipping. Customers placing an order to ship outside the Continental US will be responsible for any duties or customs depending on the country the order is shipping into. Arte Italica is not responsible to pay any additional duties or customs. If you have questions please feel free to contact our customer service for quotes prior to placing your order. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. Most orders arrive within 10 business days from placement of the order. Shipping time via ground/standard shipping method varies depending upon your location. Therefore, orders needed before 10 business days will need to be shipped via expedited options. Arte Italica does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Arte Italica processes orders Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Orders placed with standard (ground) shipping will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Expedited orders (overnight and 2-day) must be received by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday in order to ship same day.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order and to freight charges in accordance with individual state regulations. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. We take great care when packaging all of our handcrafted items and do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and keep all of the original packing materials. Please contact Customer Service at 212.213.4773 Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to receive a return authorization shipping label.
Out of Stock:
When shopping you will notice that there are items that are out of stock. It most cases the items may be a new introduction or a very popular item. You can still order the item and call our Customer Service at 212.213.4773, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, they can let you know when the item will be available to ship. Please use our Store Locator or our Preferred Online Retailers, there is a chance that a store near you has the item that you are looking for.
